Abstract: This document has been prepared by the multi-stakeholder Task Team on Civil Society Organisations (CSO) Development Effectiveness and Enabling Environment. It elaborates key messages for the Busan Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (HLF-4) in a number of issue areas that build upon the civil-society related commitments of the Accra Agenda for Action (AAA), as a basis for further dialogue and commitments at HLF-4.
